Fuel Handling Hopper - Roxboro, North Carolina. Tire derived fuel (TDF) hopper to store and feed fuel to existing belt conveyor. Project included design, fabrication, trial operation, and installation.

Fuel Handling System - Louisville, KY. Fabricated and installed fuel handling system for a Steam Power Producing Facility. Includes procurement and installation of Truck Dump, Scalper, and Hog, as well as the fabrication of Reclaim Screws and Bins, Belt Conveyors, Distribution Screws, Feeder Bins and Screws, and numerous platforms, ladders, and steps.

 

 

 
 

 

Ash and Wood Handling System

Rabun Gap, GA - Fabricated Ash Handling System. Including Screw Conveyors, incline Drag Ash Conveyor, Silo, Ash Mixing and Unloading Screw, as well as Reclaim Screws on existing fuel handling system.

 

 
 

 

Tire Feed System

Fabricated and installed a tire handling system to feed a rotary kiln. The system included a Walking Floor, Singulator, Roller and Belt Conveyors, and a Tire Injector. Also included was an ash handling Drag Conveyor.

 

 

 
 

Wood Dust Removal System 

Martinsville, VA. Fabricated and installed a wood dust removal system. Including fans, filters, dampers and piping.
Also, fabricated a truck loading system seen in the foreground of the picture.

 
 

Bulk Storage System

Hillsville, VA - Installed a bulk storage system, including silos, day bins, piping, receiving hoppers, and vacuum pumps.
